Here, every dessert is an edible work of art, telling stories about seasonality, craftsmanship, and inspiration. Explore the flavors and visual aesthetics I have carefully created.

Cute Theater

Not just a dessert, but an edible 'little performer.' From playful interactions with pets to outdoor parties, we design unique shapes and scenes for classic flavors (palmier, cream tart, dog-shaped cookies), making every sweet treat come with its own story and a contagious sense of joy.

Layered Story

Using craftsmanship to tell the story of flavor layers. Focusing on the airy texture of the puff pastry, the lightness of the cream, and the balance between the fruit and the tart base. Whether it’s the distinct layers of a mille-feuille or the richness of a fruit tart, every bite strives for clear structure and harmonious taste, showcasing another side of desserts as exquisite creations.

Sweet Design

Infuse visual aesthetics into every bite of sweetness. Here, we not only present desserts, but also showcase the endless possibilities of flavor structure, color storytelling, and sculptural artistry.

Raspberry Tart

The sweet and tangy flavor of seasonal raspberries meets the creamy richness of vanilla cream. Every bite hits the perfect balance of crispiness.

Peach Cloud Tower

Sliced seasonal peaches, like the clouds at sunset, gently bloom atop snow-white Chantilly cream. The base tart is baked to a golden, crispy edge, supporting the double sweetness of fresh fruit and cream.

Bountiful Autumn Tower

The gentle sweetness of the pumpkin is distilled into this moment of golden harvest. The top is surrounded by Chantilly cream like a blooming wreath. Every bite is an autumn celebration adorned and enveloped by golden berries.

Autumn Pear Snow Tower

Carefully selected sweet autumn pears, simmered in caramel to a warm amber glow. Snow-white Chantilly cream gently supports them, with caramel crisps sprinkled like shards of gold. One spoonful reveals three layers of delight: a crisp tart shell, smooth cream, and juicy pear flesh, making it the coziest dessert for an autumn afternoon.
